Vicky Rizothanassis BSc ND is a doctor of naturopathic medicine. She received her degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine which is one of the seven accredited institutions in North America.

Vicky’s naturopathic practice integrates eastern healing arts and philosophy with scientific evidence-based medicine for an individualized and effective approach to health and healing. Vicky has a general family practice at the West-Island Integrative Health Centre and she welcomes people of all ages and stages of wellness who are interested in enhancing their health, identifying and correcting the root cause of their symptoms, and preventing future illness.

Some of the modalities she uses are clinical nutrition (therapeutic diets and supplementation), Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture (in Ontario), acupressure, botanical/herbal medicine, homeopathy, hydrotherapy and lifestyle counseling. She is a certified FirstLine Therapy practitioner, and skilled at electro-dermal EAV screening. To enhance her clinical counseling skills which were founded upon her undergraduate studies in psychology, she received clinical training in mind body medicine at the Benson Henry Institute at Harvard University.

Her focus is on establishing optimal health and she feels very strongly about the opportunity to educate patients, and the general public, about health and wellness. She greatly believes in the body’s innate ability to heal itself and is very passionate about supporting that ability within every one of her patients. Vicky is proud to belong to the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), the Quebec Association of Naturopathic Medicine (QANM) and she is a member in good standing of the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy – Naturopathy.

Margaret Varga, BSc DC

Dr. Margaret Varga received her Chiropractic Doctorate in 2003 from the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. She remained in the suburbs of Chicago for several years, incorporating her post-graduate training in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine into her practice. Margaret returned to Montreal, and recently joined the West-Island Integrative Health Centre.

Margaret uses a multidisciplinary approach and personalizes her care to each of her patient’s individual needs. She incorporates a variety of treatment modalities into her practice – such as chiropractic adjustments, trigger point therapy, active release technique, soft tissue mobilization, dietary and lifestyle counseling, stretches and exercises.

She treats a wide variety of conditions, including: neck pain, back pain, headaches and migraines, sciatica, sprains and strains, carpal tunnel syndrome, golfer’s elbow, tennis elbow… and many other problems.

Margaret is a Board certified chiropractic physician in both Canada and the U.S. She is licensed in Quebec, and is a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, the Quebec Chiropractic Association, and the Order of Quebec Chiropractors.



Susan Greenspan

Susan Greenspan is a naturopath and energetic therapist. She specializes in a variety of techniques, including matching frequencies of foods, supplements and therapies, which has been proven to aid the body, mind and spirit. Her therapies and intuition help lead her clients to a higher state of wellness and help them achieve balance. While providing a safe and open environment Susan opens her client’s mind and spirit into an optimal state of being.

Susan believes that by rooting into a healthier lifestyle we begin to heal, evolve into a better sense of self. Susan is a certified Naturopath (NAN*), reflexologist (RAC*), and Polarity/Cranio Sacral therapist (PA*). She also certified to instruct Chi Kung by the Tai Chi Chuan club. Twelve years after being certified Naturopath (NAN*), Susan obtained a diploma in Energetic Anatomy and a Master’s Diploma in Energetic Therapies from the Institute of Energetic Healing.
