Mindy’s Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen fruit (any berries, peaches, mango, melon)
  • ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. ground flax seeds or toasted wheat germ (optional)
  • ¼ (approx.) cup fruit juice (orange, pineapple)

Method

1) Place all ingredients in a blender and puree, adding more or less fruit juice for desired consistency.
