Other ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a non-GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water. Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.

Suggested use

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

Cautions & Warnings

Do not take additional vanadyl sulfate without consulting a health-care practitioner. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes or a heart condition; if you are taking any heart or blood-pressure medication; or if you have a kidney disorder. Consult a health-care practitioner if you see signs of decreased fluid and food uptake, dehydration, and reduced body weight gain. Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant, breast-feeding, or attempting to conceive; if you are hypersensitive or allergic to cinnamon or Peruvian balsam; if you have liver or gall-bladder disorder, bowel obstruction, or alcoholism; if you are taking acetaminophen; if you have acid reflux; or if you have stomach or intestinal ulcers.

Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. May cause irritation of the gastric mucous membranes, reflux, or gastrointestinal disturbance. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner in case of feeling of anxiety, sweating, paleness, chills, tremor, headache, dizziness, nausea, and/or confusion, as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar or hypoglycemia.
