Shipping policy

Healthtree offers free shipping on orders over $65! *

We ship your order as quickly as possible.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Occasionally, additional time may be needed to assemble all items in your order. If this happens, we’ll notify you right away.

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the carrier.

In-store pick-up

If you have selected to pick your order up in-store you will receive a notification once it is ready.  Please note we do not process pick-ups on the weekend. Weekend pickups will be processed the next business day

P.O. Boxes

If you are shipping to a Canadian P.O. Box please note the order will be shipped via Canada Post. 

Shipping Charges

Shipping in Canada is free for single boxed orders under 15kgs valued at $65* or more.   Orders that qualify for free shipping are $65 or more after a discount is applied and before taxes are charged. Orders over 15kg or that require multiple boxes are subject to shipping fees regardless of order value. If items are temporarily out of stock, a customer service representative will contact you.

*Except remote regions of Canada

Delivery time

Delivery is generally made within two to seven business days (not including holidays) via UPS, but varies depending on the delivery method chosen and can take up to 15 business days depending on the delivery location. Delivery times do not include statutory holidays.

Damaged products

Our carrier does its best to ensure that your package arrives in good condition, but it is possible to be damaged for several reasons. If this is the case for your order, please contact us so we can offer the best replacement options (product replacement or refund). Proof may be required.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, Healthtree does not currently ship outside Canada.

Carriers

Orders are shipped via either UPS or Canada Post.  If you have a preference please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  

Delivery address

Customer is fully accountable for indicating the correct shipping address. Should your shipping address be incorrect, a customer service representative will communicate with you, and shipping fees may be charged. Please note, this also applies to unclaimed or refused parcels.

Lost Packages

Parcels may get lost during transit. If you encounter this problem, please contact us at info@healthtree.ca or call 1 (514) 624-2896. We will then contact our carrier and resolve the situation with them. There is a deadline of 5 business days from the date of inquiry to determine the status of the package.

Cancelling an order

To cancel an order, please contact us at info@healthtree.ca or call 1 (514) 624-2896. If your order has already been shipped, you will have to wait until you receive it, then contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Once you have received authorization you can ship the products back at your expense.
