Returns

You have 30 days following the reception date to ask for a return and refund. Products have to be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Some products like cosmetics for example cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, especially when the product is not sealed.

To return part or all of your order, please contact us at info@healthtree.ca or call 1(514) 624-2896 to specify which product(s) you are returning and to obtain a return authorization number. Further instructions will be provided.

The refund will be effective on your method of payment within 5 business days following the reception of your returned products and inspection by a dedicated Healthree staff member. The refund is effective on the paid value of the products including taxes, minus the shipping fees if applicable.

We want to ensure that your shopping experience is impeccable, right up until you open your package. However, should an incident occur (breakage, error or other), please send us a detailed email and photos via info@healthree.ca so that our customer service team can rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Please be advised that we cannot accept returns on damaged product(s) without photos.

In person returns

Upon receiving a return authorization number, you may return the product(s) in person if you prefer. We accept in-person returns Monday through Friday between 10am-4pm EST. The returned product(s) will be inspected by a dedicated Healthtree staff member. Following the inspection, the refund will be effective on your method of payment within 5 business days. The refund is effective on the paid value of the products including taxes, minus the initial shipping fees if applicable.
