Each softgel contains: Calcium (from Calcium Carbonate and Citrate) 333.33mg, Magnesium (from Magnesium Oxide and Citrate) 166.66mg, Vitamin D3 (Vitamin D) (as Cholecalciferol) (200 IU) 5mcg, Zinc (from Zinc Oxide) 3.34mg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Rice Bran Oil, Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, water, calcium carbonate), Soy Lecithin, Yellow Beeswax.

Recommended Use

Dosage: Adult Dosage: Take 3 Softgels daily with meals. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
