Ingredients

Each softgel contains:
Fish oil (omega-3 from wild, deep-sea whole anchovies [Engraulidae] and/or whole sardines [Clupeidae])	750 mg
Providing:
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)	330 mg
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)	165 mg
Ultrapure, pharmaceutical grade.
Other ingredients: Natural lemon oil and natural vitamin E (ᴅ‑alpha‑tocopherol, from non‑GMO sunflower) in a softgel composed of bovine gelatin, glycerin, and purified water.

Recommended use

Adults: Take 2 softgels twice daily with meals or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
