Red yeast rice is derived from rice fermented with a specific yeast called Monascus purpureus. Its contains natural compounds called monacolins that help lower low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, as excessive can be harmful. It also inhibits the production of HMG-CoA, a critical molecule that leads to the production of cholesterol. In addition to 300mg of red yeast rice, this complex includes other ingredients like CoQ10 that help with cardiovascular health.

Suggested Use
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily with meals, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
