Suggested Use

Add 2 scoops (67 g) of RealEasy powder to 250–500 mL of water and shake in a shaker cup or mix in a blender until smooth to make a delicious, satisfying drink. Drink immediately after mixing, as it thickens quickly. Use 1–2 times daily as a meal replacement. When first taking RealEasy begin with 1 scoop (33.5 g) in 125–250 mL of water and gradually increase to 2 scoops (67 g) as directed above.

Miam yum 😋

REAL EASY with PGX is tasty and filling. I like all the flavours, but strawberry with some added frozen strawberries and a banana probably is my favourite. It tastes like a strawberry thick shake once my Vitamix has done its job.

I only replace one meal/day - lunch - and it keeps me feeling full for 3-4hr. I try to have a low cal high protein snack before I start to get hungry for dinner, and find that that works well for me.

Many people said to be careful when increasing from one scoop to two because of potential GI upset due to the extra fibre, but I actually have the opposite issue despite drinking loads of fluid. So I’m still at the one scoop mark.

In terms ordering from HealthTree I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my order arrived considering I live on the BC coast. Best meal replacement I've ever tried

The chocolate is the best, not chalky at all, but the strawberry is pretty good as well. Haven't tried the vanilla but I will. I usually mix with almond milk, kefir and a fruit. Recommend to anyone looking for a tasty meal replacement. Price is much better than in local stores.

Does the Trick

I have been using these shakes for a few months now and am pleased to report they do the trick. I’m losing weight, finding it not difficult to stick to the meal plan and just had a doctor’s appointment where he advised all my numbers and readings are AOK so, keep up the good work!

Both my husband and I drink these and we love them. He really likes the vanilla where as we both like the strawberry blended with berries or my absolute favourite is the chocolate one. The taste is really good. I really miss having them when are away. Highly recommend them.
