Dosage

J’utilise la Berberine depuis plus d’un an sous recommandation de ma nutritionniste. Beaucoup de bien fait pour la gestion de l’insuline.

this product saved my life!!! I have been suffering for 7 yrs with zero help from my dr. I saw a Chinese Herbalist and he prescribed Berberine and L-Tyrosine 3x daily.. A game changer. My blood sugar is now stabilized after being super low all my life. I've lost 5.5 lbs in 10 days as well. Win win. Give them a try and see if you too feel better

Berberine didn't work

At first I was thrilled at how my blood sugars were coming down with taking Berberine, along with intermittent fasting. It went right down to low 6's. But then it immediately started going up again back into the 9's and 10's like before. So I stopped taking it for a while. After a few months I went on it again, and it started bringing my blood sugars down again. They did not reach the lows they had the first time, and then went right back up again. I find it ineffective, for me anyway.
