Suggested Use
Adult Males take 2 tablets once daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other health products.
Cautions
Folate supplementation can mask a Vitamin B12 deficiency. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are unsure whether you are taking enough Vitamin B12, if you have an iron deficiency, a liver disorder, or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine, jaundice).
Indications
Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place. Once opened, tablet color may naturally change over time. If the tablets darken they continue to be safe to consume and meet label claims for all active ingredients.
