One of the active ingredients found in milk thistle is silymarin, which is an extract of the milk thistle seed. Milk thistle helps to maintain healthy liver function.

Medicinal Ingredients (Each tablespoon (15ml) contains):

Milk thistle (silybum marianum) (fruit) -870 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients:

Potassium sorbate, sea buckthorn berry pulp, organic cane sugar, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), guar gum, locust bean gum, pectin, water.

Recommended use

Recommended adult dose: Take 1 dosing measure (15 ml) three times daily after meals. Refrigerate after opening. Shake well before use.
