    Andalou Naturals FAQs

Which Andalou Naturals skincare range should I choose?

Andalou organizes its skincare ranges around different skin types and concerns. Age Defying is intended for dry or very dry skin, Brightening for normal or combination skin, and Clear Skin products for oily or overactive skin. The Sensitive 1000 Roses® range is designed for delicate and dry skin, while the brand’s intensive hydration products are intended for parched or depleted skin. Products from different ranges can also be combined to suit more than one concern.

In what order should I apply Andalou skincare products?

Andalou recommends beginning with a cleanser, followed by an exfoliator or mask when needed. Toner comes next, followed by any targeted treatment, serum and moisturizer. The brand recommends cleansing, toning, applying serum and moisturizing in both morning and evening routines, while exfoliators and masks can be used less frequently according to the product directions and your skin’s sensitivity.

Are Andalou Naturals products vegan and cruelty-free?

All Andalou Naturals products are vegetarian, and the majority are vegan. However, not every formula is vegan—the Pumpkin Honey Glycolic Mask contains honey. Andalou Naturals is also certified cruelty-free through the Leaping Bunny Program. Check the individual product information when specifically looking for a vegan formula.

    Are Andalou Naturals products gluten-free?

Yes. Andalou Naturals states that its finished formulas are tested through the University of Nebraska’s Food Allergy Research and Resource Program to verify that they are gluten-free. Customers with allergies or sensitivities should still review the complete ingredient list on the individual product before use.
