Ingredients
Organic Inonotus Obliquus (chaga) harvested from live Canadian birch trees.
Suggested use
Use 4 tablespoons of chaga per liter of water.
Simmer for 3 to 5 hours (without boiling), or over very low heat overnight.
You can also take 1/2 teaspoon of chaga a day with food or drink.
