Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide in a non-GMO vegetable capsule composed of carbohydrate gum and purified water.
Contains no: Soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, or starch.
Suggested Use
Adults: Take 2 capsules once daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
Do not take immediately before bedtime. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.
Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Cautions & Warnings
For adult use only. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are taking medications for blood pressure, heart conditions, depression, hormone replacement therapy, or birth control; or if you have diabetes, an autoimmune disorder, or a heart condition.
Consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if sleeplessness continues for more than 3 weeks.
Consumption with alcohol or products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience stomach upset, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, drowsiness, irritability, or insomnia.
Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding; attempting to conceive; if you have bipolar disorder; or if you are taking cyclosporine.
Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity/allergy may occur; discontinue use if this happens. Exercise caution when driving or operating machinery as drowsiness may occur in some individuals.
Note: This product is sensitive to humidity. Store in a dry place and close cap tightly after opening.
