Suggested Use

recommended dose: Mix one scoop (5g) with 250ml of juice, water or your favorite beverage.

Loading phase: Take 1 serving 4 times daily for 5 days on an empty stomach. do not exceed 1 serving per dose.

Maintenance phase: Take one serving daily on an empty stomach

Take separately from products containing caffeine. For best results take immediately before your exercise regime.
