Elemental magnesium (from fully reacted magnesium bisglycinate) 90mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Phospholipids (from sun- flower), acacia gum, malic acid, stevia leaf extract, xanthan gum, natural orange flavour, natural vitamin E, beta-carotene, vegetable glycerin, potassium sorbate, purified water.

Contains no added gluten, nuts, eggs, animal products, dairy products, fish or shellfish, soy, corn, starch, wheat or yeast.

Suggested use

Adults: 1 tablespoon (15ml) I time per day.
