Ingredients
Organic Arnica Montana (arnica tincture, arnica montana flower) 25%

Non-medical ingredients: Organic calendula officinalis flower extract, organic St John’s Wort flower extract, organic comfrey leaf extract, capsicum annuum extract, purified water, carbomer, glycerin, polysorbate 20, ethanol, peppermint essential oil, phenoxyethanol, clove essential oil, wintergreen oil.

Suggested use

Adults, Adolescents and Children (2 years and older): Apply thinly and evenly to affected area up to 3 to 4 times per day. Rub or massage into skin until the preparation disappears. Children should be supervised by an adult.

Cautions & warnings

Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not bandage. Do not apply with external heat, such as an electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn. Do not apply on or near the nipple if you are breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children.
