NAKA BioMax B Complex is an antioxidant-rich formula that supports the maintenance of good health. It helps the body metabolize carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, while promoting normal growth and development. This complex also aids in the formation of red blood cells and tissues, supports bone, cartilage, teeth, and gum health, contributes to connective tissue formation, and assists with wound healing. Suggested use
Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily. Take with food.
Cautions & warnings

Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a healthcare practitioner. Inform your healthcare practitioner that you are taking this product, as it provides biotin in amounts which may interfere with laboratory tests.
Contraindications: If you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder, do not use this product.
Known Adverse Reactions: People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. If you experience irritability or insomnia, discontinue use.
