Ingredients
Medicinal ingredients:
- Methyl salicylate - 3%
- Menthol - 5%
Other ingredients: Extracts of (marigold [Calendula officinalis] flower, arnica [Arnica montana] flower, gentian [Gentiana lutea] root, sweet clover, St. John’s wort [Hypericum perforatum], lemon balm [Melissa officinalis] leaf, juniper [Juniperus communis] berry, pine needle, and chamomile [Matricaria recutita] flower), purified water, sweet almond oil, vegetable glyceryl stearate, stearic acid, cetyl alcohol, glycerin, aloe (Aloe vera), edetate disodium, carbomer 940, triethanolamine, cucumber extract, rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) leaf extract, citric acid, sodium hydroxide, and benzoic acid.
Suggested use
Adults and children (2–12 years old): Apply thinly and evenly to affected area, up to 3–4 times per day. Rub and/or massage into skin until liquid vanishes. For children (2–12 years old), application should be supervised by an adult.
Cautions & Warnings
Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, worsen after 7 days, or reoccur within a few days. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding or if you are taking anticoagulant medications. If you experience pain, swelling, or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away.
Contraindications: For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not tightly bandage. Do not apply with external heat, such as an electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn.
Known adverse reactions: Rashes and/or burning discomfort have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Center immediately.
