Recommended use
Adults: Take ½ teaspoon twice daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, or starch.

Contraindications: Do not take if you have a heart condition or a blood clotting disorder; if you are taking anticoagulants or immune suppressants; or if you are pregnant. Do not take more than the recommended dosage.
Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur in those individuals sensitive to wood dust; in which case, discontinue use.
