Ingredients
Each vegetable capsule contains:

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide in a non-GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.
Recommended Use
Adults: Take 1–2 capsules twice daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
Cautions & Warnings
Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding or if you have diabetes.
Discontinue use if you experience symptoms of gastric distress such as abdominal pain, flatulence, or constipation.
