Each Big Friends tablet contains a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals needed for healthy teeth, bones, skin, nerves, brain, metabolism, and immunity. This new and improved formula now contains zinc, magnesium, and vitamin K2. It is also sweetened with stevia and xylitol and has replaced ascorbic acid with calcium ascorbate so that it is gentler on tooth enamel.
Big Friends is suitable for ages three and up, and now comes in a smaller tablet size. Suggested use
Big Friends Chewable Multivitamin & Minerals
Recommended children (age 3 &up) dose: Chew 1 tablet 2 times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner

Recommended dose:
Children and adolescents 3–13 years old: Chew 1–2 tablets daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
