Non-medicinal ingredient: Vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water), rice powder, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended dose
Adult dose:1–2 capsules daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, a kidney or liver disorder or a gastrointestinal lesion/ulcer, if you are taking an anticoagulant/blood thinner, an anti-inflammatory or antibiotics, if you are having surgery, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are allergic to latex or fruits (such as avocado, banana, chestnut, passion fruit, fig, melon, mango, kiwi, pineapple, peach, and tomato). Headaches, heartburn, bloating, hypersensitivity/allergy, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain/epigastric pain have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Stop use if rash, difficulty breathing, hypersensitivity and/or severe allergy occur. Keep out of the reach of children.
