Ingredients

Each tablet contains: Iodine (from Whole Kelp) (Laminaria digitata) 150mcg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, Vegetable Tablet Coating [hypromellose, stearic acid (vegetable source), sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate], Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Recommended Use

Dosage: Adolescents 14-18 years and Adults: Take 2 tablets daily. Take with meals.
